【职位描述】

1. 在与跨境及国际资本市场相关的项目中承担项目牵头或执行等重要工作，包括跨境并购、境外IPO，红筹回A债权融资等），对交易方案、流程及时间表等进行设计和分析，向客户进行阐述，高效支持和推进项目按时间表顺利开展；
2.牵头制作投行项目的各类报告和模型测算，包括市场分析、信息备忘录和投资者/董事会报告材料等，能够在项目执行过程中与企业客户保持良好的沟通、维护好客户关系；
3.行业研究/公司研究，熟练使用CIQ, MergerMarket等数据库综合梳理数据信息并做出商业判断；
4.能够与境内和境外的专业机构有效联系、沟通、协调，积极挖掘潜在境内外项目标的资源；
5.指导组内初级员工相关工作，负责审阅其日常工作成果。
1. Play a leading role in cross-border and international capital market related deal transactions (include cross-border M&A, Off-shore market equity raising, China-concept company return to A share, Mez and leverage financing ) , include prepare pitch book, deal structure, transaction timetable, client presentation. Liase with all advisory parties for deal coordination;
2. Prepare reporting and presentation materials and models, includes market analysis, infor memos/management and Board memos. Act as the primary point of daily contact and maintain relationship with clients;
3. Proficient with CIQ, Dealogic and Mergermarket to conduct industry/company research and refine useful business information and recommendation;
4. Maintain daily communication with external advisors and originate deal opportunites with company's or personal client network;
5. Provide training to junior bankers and review their daily analytic work.

【入职要求】

1.金融和经济等相关专业的硕士及以上学历；
2.至少精通一门外语，海外留学者优先；
3.具备5年以上境外资本市场经验（港股、美股等境外融资、并购、上市经验等）。有复合型背景的人才优先，有外资券商、律所工作经验的人才优先；
4.具备优秀的分析和组织能力、口头和书面沟通能力、细节导向；
5.能够独立自主完成项目执行有关工作，有团队精神；
6.熟练掌握Excel\PPT等常用工具以及金融建模；
7.具有良好的职业素养，能和团队有效合作。
1. Master degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, legal or other related majors;
2. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential and candidates with overseas experience will be preferred;
3. Minimus 5-year experience in internatiaon capital market (e.g. IPO, M&A, financing experience in US, Hong Kong or other capital market) and candidates with comprehensive background or past experience in international invesmentment banks or legal firms with proven track record will be preferred;
4. Excellent analysis, communication (oral and verbal) and coordination skills;
5. Capability to originate and execute deals in a small team or independently;
6. Strong financial modelling, Powerpoint and Excel skills;
7. A professional team player.
