【职位描述】

1.统筹负责境内外IPO、再融资及并购等相关资本运作项目,
2.负责客户沟通和中介机构协调；
3.寻找和挖掘行业内有价值的战略客户。
1. Manage domestic and overseas IPOs, refinancing，M&A and other related capital operation projects;
2. Manage customer relationship and coordinate the work of other cooperative agencies;
3. Develope strategic customers in the industry;

【入职要求】

1.硕士及以上学历，医药、生物学及其他医学学科背景优先；
2.2年以上相关工作经验，熟悉香港和美国IPO、再融资、并购等资本市场业务，同时对境内A股市场有相应理解；
3.对上述一两项产品有完整项目经验；
4.有医药行业项目经验或者客户资源积累优先；
5.有大型投资人和大型企业客户的服务经历和综合能力优先。
1. Master's degree or above, background in medicine, biology and other related fields is preferred;
2.More than 2 years of relevant experience,Familiar with overseas IPO, refinancing, M&A and other capital operation process, at the same time have a corresponding understanding of domestic A shares market;
3. Complete experience for one or two projects;
3. Project experience or customer resources in the medical industry are preferred;
4. Experience and comprehensive abilities of serving large investors and large enterprise customers are preferred.
