【职位描述】

1.金融产品评价框架建设及评价意见出具：持续深化金融产品评级框架，基于产品竞争性和风险评级框架，对金融产品进行评估，形成产品竞争性评级和风险评级意见；
2.产品管理人投资能力尽职调查：基于IDD（投资能力尽调框架），以定期跟踪及事件驱动方式对全市场产品管理人展开调研，对产品运作策略、管理人基本面信息做交流与结构化信息归档整理工作，出具IDD评估意见；
3.基金投顾业务基金池覆盖及维护：基于基金研究评价体系，维护基金池初筛模型，并对备选库落实标准化尽调覆盖；
4.金融产品评价系统推进：结合上述工作职责，协作数字化团队将评价框架、过程与结论落地于金融产品研究评价系统中，推进评价业务数字化平台化。

【入职要求】

1.全日制硕士及以上学历，经济、金融、数学、统计、计算机及其他相关专业；
2.熟悉金融市场,善于处理金融数据，熟练使用Python、Matlab等工具，了解各大类金融资产属性，具有较强的逻辑思维、沟通表达、组织协调能力、抗压能力；
3.在证券、基金行业有3年以上投资经验，有大类资产、资产配置、金融工程、FOF投资、基金研究等经验者优先考虑；
4.诚实正直、勤奋踏实，有志于金融产品业务发展。
1.Master degree or above, major in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics,computer etc.
2.Familiar with financial markets and good at processing financial data. Proficiency in using Python, Matlab and other tools. Understand the attributes of various types of financial assets. Have strong logical thinking, communication and expression, organization and coordination skills, and ability to resist pressure.
3.More than 3 years of investment experience in the securities and fund industry. Preference is given to those who have experience in major assets, asset allocation, financial engineering, FOF investment, fund research, etc.
4.Honest and honest, diligent and pragmatic, ambitious in the development of financial products business.
