【职位描述】

1.产品规划：以客户需求为核心，以专业化产品输出落地能力，构建高质量、市场化、全品类的金融产品体系。
2.产品引入：负责全市场产品研究、尽调、分析评估等，完成产品引入落地。
3.产品设计：整合华泰投行、资管等优质资产，通过专业设计及市场分析，落地有竞争力的全业务链产品。
4.产品策略：覆盖对固收、权益、另类等产品的市场跟踪，并根据公司策略研究，完成相关产品的落地输出。
1.Build and plan the HTSC's financial product system.
2.Participate in market-wide product research, due diligence, analysis and evaluation and complete product introduction.
3.Integrate high-quality assets and implement products across the entire business chain.
4.Tracking market research opinions on fixed income, equity, alternative products and other products.

【入职要求】

1、全日制硕士研究生及以上学历，金融、经济、会计、财务等相关专业；
2、掌握较为丰富的经济金融专业知识，熟悉资产管理相关监管法规，具备较为丰富的固收、权益、另类、跨境等各类金融产品投资及设计经验；
3、熟悉券商、基金公司、银行、私募、信托等各类资产管理人，对国内资产管理行业具有较为深刻的理解和研判。在知名金融机构有2年以上产品投资、设计、引入等经验，能够独立完成相关工作；
4、热爱工作，善于学习思考，主观能动性强，具有良好的沟通交流能力和团队合作精神。
1.Master degree or above, major in finance, economy, accounting etc.
2.Possess a wealth of economic and financial expertise, familiar with relevant regulatory regulations for asset management, and rich experience in financial product investment and design.
3.Familiar with all kinds of asset managers, and have a deep understanding and research on the domestic asset management industry. Have more than 2 years of experience in product investment, design, and introduction in well-known financial institutions, and be able to complete related work independently.
4.Loves work, good at learning and thinking, strong subjective initiative, good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
