工作职责：

1.Collect the needs from Wealth Management Associate, connect and promote the online system and digitization construction, empower Wealth Management Associate and improve the work efficiency.
收集财富顾问的需求，对接推动线上化系统及数字化建设，赋能财富顾问，提升财富顾问工作效率；
2.Research on customer needs, collect data, conduct market analysis, develop product sales plans, create a sales atmosphere in the workplace, and promote the production capacity of Wealth Management Associate.
调研客户需求，收集数据，完成市场分析，制定产品销售计划，营造职场销售氛围，推动财富顾问产能提升；
3.Oversee and promote the effective implementation of routine performance reviews and standardization actions.
监督并推进常规业绩检视和标准化动作的有效执行；
4.Coordinate and organize regular activities, including online and offline activities, and provide support for brand promotion and content marketing.
对接组织定期的运营活动，包括线上活动和线下活动，提供品牌宣传和内容营销的支持体系。

任职资格：

1.Master degree or above, major in finance, multimedia operation or related.
研究生及以上学历，金融、多媒体运营等相关专业；
2.Securities qualification, thinking and research in wealth management industry such as banking, brokerage and Internet is preferred.
具备证券从业资格证，对银行、券商、互联网等财富管理行业有思考和研究的优先考虑；
3.Have the ability of "finding and solving problems", and good communication, coordination and strain ability.
具备“发现问题，解决问题”的能力，以及良好的沟通、协调和应变能力。
