【职位描述】

1.围绕金融产品的业务开展，组织公司金融产品相关系统平台的需求收集与论证，推进开发、测试和上线交付；
2.与业务部门及岗位协同，推进金融产品相关业务的数字化、智能化的规划工作；
3.负责金融产品业务相关平台系统的运维工作。

【入职要求】

1.全日制硕士研究生及以上学历,计算机、数学、金融等相关专业。
2.3年以上相关工作经验.具备金融产品及金融相关专业知识，熟悉软件工程理论，掌握软件需求获取与分析方法，有较强的业务流程及业务模型分析设计能力；对业务需求有较强的理解能力，具备较强的数据分析能力；熟悉matlab/python运用。
3.具有良好的职业素养，优秀的协调沟通能力，优秀的口头表达能力，优秀的文字写作能力，执行力强，能和团队有效合作。
1.Master degree or above, major in computer, mathematics, finance etc.
2.More than 3 years of relevant experience.Possess financial products and financial-related professional knowledge, familiar with software engineering theory, master software requirements acquisition and analysis methods, strong business process and business model analysis and design capabilities; strong understanding of business requirements, and strong data Analysis ability; familiar with the use of matlab/python.
