工作职责：

1.协助进行上市公司股权激励案例研究、数据分析、财务测算及相关政策法规研究；
Assist the team to conduct case study of listed company ESOP, related data mining, financial analysis, and policies and regulations.
2.参与上市公司提供股权激励项目，协助项目团队为客户实施股权激励提供相应服务；
Assist the team to serve listed companies and corporate customers, complete the project implementation work in a timely manner.
3.协助项目团队其他需要的相关事项。
Assist the team with ad-hoc projects.

任职资格：

1.硕士研究生学历，国内外大学金融或其他经济类专业2023年毕业；
Entry level position for 2023 postgraduates, economics/finance/management majors preferred.
2.具备一定的金融学基础，对宏观经济和金融行业有基本的了解；
Certain financial foundation and basic understanding of the macroeconomic and financial industries.
3.股权激励相关项目实习经验优先；
ESOP related project experiences will be preferred.
4.具备优秀的中英双语能力；
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
5.具备良好的沟通协调能力、较强的学习能力。
Good communication and coordination skills, strong learning ability.
