工作职责：

1.负责投顾平台产品的规划、需求分析、原型设计、需求规格说明书编制等产品设计相关工作；
Be responsible for product design related work such as product planning, demand analysis, prototype design and preparation of demand specifications of Advisor Digital Solutions.
2.负责挖掘用户的业务需求，对相关需求进行分析调研、梳理逻辑，输出高质量的交互原稿及需求文档；
Be responsible for mining users' business needs, analyzing and investigating relevant needs, outputting high-quality interactive originals and requirement documents.
3.负责提炼和抽象业务需求，对标互联网和行业相关类型产品，促进产品的演化和升级。
Be responsible for refining and abstracting business requirements, benchmarking Internet and industry related products, and promoting product evolution.

任职资格：

1.本科及以上学历；
Fresh graduates with full-time bachelor degree or above.
2.较强的逻辑思维能力和深度思考能力，对产品有较高的敏感度；
Strong logical thinking ability and deep thinking ability, and high sensitivity to products.
3.良好的洞察力与创新力，善于利用数据分析、用户访谈、场景分析等手段发掘用户需求；
Good insight and innovation, good at using data analysis, user interview, scene analysis and other means to explore user needs.
4.有较强的自我驱动力、责任心、执行力及抗压能力。
Strong self driving force, sense of responsibility, execution and pressure resistance.
