工作职责：

1.协助完成竞品功能分析、活动分析；
Assist to complete the function analysis and activity analysis of competing products.
2.协助增长相关数据分析工作，对新用户转化、留存，老用户活跃、流失，用户召回等各环节数据日常监控，跟进数据指标和问题分析反馈，推动业务持续优化；
Assist in the analysis of growth-related data, daily monitoring of new user conversion, retention, active and loss of old users, user recall, etc., follow-up data indicators and problem analysis feedback, and promote continuous business optimization.
3.协助承接外部活动需求，跟进内外部沟通以及活动上线；
Assist in undertaking external event requirements, follow up internal and external communication and event launches.
4.团队交代的其它任务。
Other tasks assigned by the team.

任职资格：

1.本科以上学历，金融、经济、计算机、数据分析相关专业优先；
Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, economics, computer, data analysis is preferred.
2.良好的沟通、理解、协调能力；
Good communication, understanding and coordination skills.
3.熟悉证券行业优先。
Familiar with the securities industry is preferred.
