工作职责：

1.协助投顾平台的产品体验设计相关工作；
Assist in product experience design of Advisor Digital Solutions.
2.理解业务目标，洞察用户需求，协助输出用户需求设计解决方案，并持续推动方案落地；
Understand business objectives, gain insight into user needs, assist in outputting user needs, design solutions, and continuously promote the implementation of solutions.
3.负责跟进线上产品的体验，进行用户研究及数据分析，科学合理地设计迭代。
Follow up the online product experience, conduct user research and data analysis, and design iterations scientifically and reasonably.

任职资格：

1.本科及以上学历，工业设计、交互设计、计算机、人机交互相关专业优先；
Fresh graduates with full-time bachelor degree or above, major in industrial design, interactive design, computer and human-computer interaction is preferred.
2.熟悉Sketch等交互原型设计软件，熟悉体验设计的基本流程和方法论，了解一定的用户研究方法；
Familiar with sketch and other interactive prototype design software, familiar with the basic process and methodology of experience design, and understand certain user research methods.
3.有一定的数据分析能力，能通过用户研究和数据分析，驱动改善线上产品体验；
Be able to drive the improvement of online product experience through user research and data analysis.
4.较强的逻辑思维能力，具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力。
Strong logical thinking ability. Have good communication skill and team working ability.
