工作职责：

1.审查业务制度、流程及重大业务事项的合规性；
Review the compliance of business systems, processes and major business matters.
2.监督、检查业务重大经营管理活动的合规性；
Supervise and inspect the compliance of major business management activities.
3.督促、协助业务部门对合规风险隐患与违法违规行为进行处置与报告；
Urge and assist business departments to dispose and report potential compliance risks and violations.
4.提供合规咨询服务、开展合规宣导与合规培训.
Provide compliance consulting services, conduct compliance publicity and compliance training.
5.承担相关监管配合工作、监管咨询与沟通等。
Undertake relevant regulatory cooperation, regulatory consultation and communication, etc..

任职资格：

1.法律专业硕士及以上。
Master's degree or above, major in law.
2.通过国家统一法律职业资格考试；
Passed the national unified legal vocational qualification examination.
3.逻辑思维能力强，工作态度积极主动、责任心和抗压能力强，学习能力及沟通能力强，认真细致，具备优秀的语言文字表达能力及良好的团队合作精神；
Strong logical thinking ability, proactive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, Good learning and communication ability, serious and meticulous, excellent language expression ability and good team spirit.
4.有银行、证券、基金公司、资管公司实习经历者优先。
Internship experience in bank, securities, fund and asset management company is preferred.
