工作职责：

1.Responsible for mining users' business needs, conducting research and analyzing relevant needs, sorting out logic, output high-quality interactive manuscripts and demand documents, coordinating and promoting development resources to complete product development and promote the implementation of the system.
负责挖掘用户的业务需求，对相关需求进行分析调研、梳理逻辑，输出高质量的交互原稿及需求文档，协调和推动开发资源完成产品开发，推动系统落地；
2.Responsible for refining and abstracting business requirements, compare with Internet and industry-related products, promoting product evolution and upgrading.
负责提炼和抽象业务需求，对标互联网和行业相关类型产品，促进产品的演化和升级；
3.Assist the customer acquisition/scenario product manager in product data analysis, formulated product operation plans, improved enterprise user experience, and provide feasible suggestions for product optimization.
协助企业获客/场景获客产品经理进行产品数据分析，制定产品运营方案，提升企业用户体验，并为产品优化提出可行性建议。

任职资格：

1.Master degree or above, major in Finance, computer science or related.
研究生及以上学历，金融、计算机等相关专业；
2.Securities qualification, thinking and research in wealth management industry such as banking, brokerage and Internet is preferred.
具备证券从业资格证，对银行、券商、互联网等财富管理行业有思考和研究的优先考虑；
3.Strong learning ability, execution ability, excellent logical thinking ability and data analysis ability.
学习能力、执行能力强，有优秀的逻辑思维能力及数据分析能力。
