工作职责：

?Participate in research and formulation of company strategy regarding big data and other frontier fintech technology, and in the formulation of technology tactics about corporate businesses; align internal and external resources to implement technology strategy and transform them into business value;
参与公司大数据及其他前沿金融科技战略研究和制定，以及部分公司业务领域科技应用的策略制定，并协调公司内外部资源完成技术实施落地，推动大数据挖掘及其他新兴技术向商业价值的转化；
?Coordinate the implementation of data combing and integration, including data importing and cleaning, and establishing rapid and efficient data analysis framework and data report system; Assist or independently take charge of the creation of data model and undertaking complex analysis task; productize and implement data analysis tools and models;
根据业务需要，负责协调推进及规范相关数据梳理及整合工作，包括数据导入及清洗，建立快速有效的数据分析框架和数据报表体系；结合对投行业务、资本市场和宏观经济的理解，协助或独立创建数据模型、承担复杂分析任务；产出具备产品化且可以落地的数据分析工具及模型；
?Keep track of the development tendency of big data and other frontier technology in finance and security industry, with in-depth understanding of the drivers of big data and other emerging technology to be applied to financial & security businesses;
持续跟踪大数据及前沿科技在证券及金融领域的业务创新及技术发展趋势，深入理解证券金融业务及运营对大数据和新兴科技的需求；
?Participate in fintech projects, including strategic acquisitions, investments and joint ventures, particularly the assessment of the technology application of related corporations; and participate in post-investment management and operation.
参与金融科技相关战略收购、引资、合资等项目的执行，特别是对相关企业金融科技应用的评估以及相关投后管理和运作。

任职资格：

?Postgraduates from reputable domestic and overseas universities, Computer Science and statistics majors preferred;
国内外知名院校硕士研究生毕业，计算机、统计学相关专业;
?1 to 3 years relevant experience is preferred.
1至3年相关工作经验；
?Familiar with big data analysis system architecture and relative tools. Proficient in at least one programming language (such as Python and R). Familiar with at least one type of database and its language (such as SQL), and at least one sort of BI tool. Good understanding on general data mining and machine learning algorithms;
熟悉大数据分析系统架构设计及相关工具。精通至少一种编程语言（如Python、R语言），熟悉至少一种数据库及相关操作语言（如SQL语言）、一款BI工具，熟悉常见数据挖掘、机器学习算法;
?Strong data sensitivity and logical thinking ability;
数据敏感，有良好的逻辑思维能力;
?Proficient in English reading and writing;
精通英语，读写能力优秀;
?Good communication, and problem-solving skills;
具备良好的沟通、和解决问题的能力;
?Proactive, responsible, and ability to work efficiently under pressure;
工作态度积极、细心负责、具备快速学习能力、抗压能力较好;
?Good command of PC skills, esp. Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
熟练掌握Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件;
?Strong interest in investment banking related business lines, including but not limited to wealth management, asset management, Fintech and etc.
对投资银行各相关业务、包括但不限于财富管理、资产管理、金融科技等领域理解和研究有较强兴趣。
