工作职责：

岗位内容：
? Participate in corporate strategy related researches, including but not limited to the in-depth analysis on securities/finance industry, Fintech, macro economy, etc. Main tasks include data mining, analysis, and report drafting, etc.;
协助开展公司战略研究相关各项工作，包括但不限于证券金融行业及前沿金融科技、宏观经济等相关研究及分析，主要工作包括资料搜集、数据整理、基础研究与分析、材料撰写等；
? Participate in strategic capital market projects, incl. M&A, JV and other forms of collaboration domestic and abroad. Main tasks include opportunity screening & evaluation, and project execution etc. Comprehensive investment banking skills such as DD, valuation, business and financial analysis are required;
参与公司战略相关并购、投资、合资及其他形式合作的资本运作项目，包括但不限于境内外合作机会搜寻和筛选、潜在资本运作项目评估，及相关项目的跟进执行，综合运用基本面分析、可比案例分析、估值等投资银行技能推进相关项目；
? Participate in post-deal initiatives including consolidation, synergy realization, etc.;
参与整合、推动协同落地等项目投后管理工作；

任职资格：

? Two years+ experience in investment banking, PE/VC, or strategy department of renowned financial institutions/ internet companies;
两年及以上投资银行、PE/VC或著名金融机构/互联网公司战略部门相关工作经历；
? Postgraduates from renowned domestic and overseas universities. Finance, Economics and Accounting majors preferred;
国内外著名高校研究生；金融、经济学、会计相关专业优先毕业生；
? Strong interest in securities industry and businesses, including but not limited to industry research, formulation of corporate strategies, project execution, and capital market & macro economy related researches;
对证券公司业务的理解和研究、公司战略发展规划、项目执行、境内外资本市场研究和宏观经济研究等方面有较强的兴趣；
? Good command of PC skills, esp. Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiar with Wind, Bloomberg, Capital IQ and Dealogic, etc;
熟练掌握Excel、Word及PPT等PC技能；熟悉Wind、Bloomberg、Capital IQ、Dealogic等资讯系统的使用；
? Good written and oral communication, logical thinking and independent problem-solving skills;
具备良好的书面文字、口头沟通、逻辑思考和独立解决问题的能力；
? Proficient in English reading and writing skill;
英文读写能力优秀；
? Proactive and responsible. Abilities of fast learning and working efficiently under pressure.
工作态度积极、主动、责任心强、具备快速学习能力、抗压能力较好。
