工作职责：

? Originate corporate strategy related researches, including but not limited to leading and coordinating the formulation of corporate mid-long term strategy, providing in-depth analysis on securities/finance industry, Fintech, etc.;
支持并组织开展公司战略研究相关各项工作，包括但不限于支持制定公司战略规划、证券金融行业及前沿金融科技相关研究及分析；
? Lead the execution of strategic capital market projects, incl. M&A, JV and other forms of collaboration domestic and abroad (experienced in projects associated with oversea targets and partners).
Responsible for opportunity screening & evaluation, and project execution etc;
牵头公司战略相关并购、投资、合资及其他形式合作的资本运作项目(具备良好的境外收购与合作项目经验)，包括但不限于负责境内外合作机会搜寻和筛选、潜在资本运作项目评估、项目执行推进等；
? Lead and coordinate post-deal initiatives including consolidation, synergy realization, etc;
牵头协调推动整合、协同落地等项目投后管理；
? Develop professional network and relationships with domestic and overseas business partners.
与公司、境内外收购标的和合作伙伴建立业务关系。

任职资格：

? Seven years + experience in investment banking, PE/VC, or strategy department of renowned financial institutions / internet companies. Experience in leading the execution of middle / large capital market projects independently required;
七年及以上投资银行、PE/VC或著名金融机构/互联网公司战略部门相关工作经历；有独立执行大中型资本运作项目的经验；
? Graduates from renowned domestic and overseas universities;
国内外著名高校毕业生；
? Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge and distinctive business sense of securities industry and related businesses;
对于证券行业及相关业务有综合及深入的了解和较强的商业意识；
? Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, interpersonal, logical thinking and independent problem-solving skills. Strong leadership skills and spirit of agility;
具备出色的沟通、谈判、人际、逻辑思考和解决问题的能力；具有较强的领导能力和敏捷性；
? Proficient in oral and written English;
英文口语及读写能力优秀；
? High level of integrity and dedication. Strong self-initiator. Ability of working efficiently under pressure.
